Upset with the service we’ve received the last 6 months. Our trash usually doesn’t get picked up twice a week like it’s supposed to, but maybe once every 3-4 times. Will be cancelling our service.

We have used Amarillo Collections for almost 20 years and have found their service to be outstanding. We we needed extra help, they provided it. I would recommend them to anyone.

When they show up, there is no problem. Unfortunately they don't always come. You pay for twice per week but more often than not they come once per week. At least their office staff is nice.
