I spoke to the office staff about a gate service and repair. I was told they may be able to fit us in but was never told for sure they could. I called to check and they said the tech would be on site within the hour. I was not near the home so I rushed over to find the tech leaving. I checked the cameras and he had been there 40 minutes so I didn't think that was enough time to do a service of the game and called the staff to ask. I was told I didn't mention a service when I made the appt.... I was also told that they charge for travel but that they divide the travel charge up between customers when they make appointments in the same area. After the job I was charged a full hour of work and full hour of travel even though it should've been about 40 minutes of each. I was then told they charge in hour increments. When I expressed concern nicely to the owner there was no compromise or showing of concern for the miscommunication. My card was then charged the full amount. I have used them in the past and had a good experience but based on this last time, I will not use them in the future.
