Remodels and renovations We offer a wide range of residential remodeling services, from a small bathroom renovation to a whole house remodel. If you are not currently inspired by the appearance and/or functionality of your current home, let us help you get there. We will deliver services that meet your style and budget. Interiors and Staging Our design services are for individuals desiring to either 1) incorporate our design consultation into their construction or renovation project or 2) simply refresh their home through paint, furniture arrangement, and accessory placement. Our design services are offered on an hourly basis. About Jeff Bullard Jeff started out his construction career in commercial finishes, which gave him a keen eye to detail that he brings to each one of his projects. These early projects ranged from managing the finish out of baseball stadiums, university labs, and hospitals, and the restoration of historic museum buildings and university landmarks. He decided to leave the world of commercial construction to better leverage his strengths as a contractor - namely personal, one-on-one customer service, deep understanding of interior remodeling, and strong residential design sensibilities. That decision led to the formation of Avenue B Development with his wife, Katie, who holds 2 degrees from the University of Virginia School of Architecture. After managing 3 of their own personal residential remodels, they founded the company on a few simple principles learned throughout the years: "Listen to the client," "Show up on time", "Do what you say you will do", "Communicate every day", and "Make decisions in the best interest of the client." Jeff carries these simple guidelines to every project with a client helping establish a strong list of happy, referenceable clients.
