Advantage Metal Roofs

Short and to the point: They did a nice roof but.... The first rainstorm we had 5 leaks. They were fixed. The roofers did not cover the holes left when they removed shingle roof and the vents. The hot water heater and the vent for the stove were full of nails and shingles. Now I need to replace the hood, the nails damaged the flap that opens and closes and the fan motor The hot water heater vent was not hooked up after they left in the bedroom. Dangerous and unacceptable. The gutters were not properly installed and one almost feel off the house. All of these problems were corrected but they were short with me and it took days and weeks of my time. It also took nearly a year and a half to correct these problems. Would another company have been better? I would have to think so at this point. And they are very expensive. Graem never returned my phone call once we started having problems, it went straight to the workers and at least 3 times they showed up unaware of the problems and unprepared to fix them. All in all, I would not choose this company again. Gutters were done poorly. Waiting for the next big rain and darn good thing I have a Lifetime warranty. The crew members themselves could not have been nicer or more empathetic with our problems.
