DO NOT USE!!! John came out to install an underground drainage system to resolve a flooding issue we had in the yard. He talks a good game, takes your money, but does not do a complete job. He installed pipes and drains and said it was sufficient. Two days later was the first rain storm and since he had created the area to assist with the drainage, the area was flatter than before. Not only did the area not drain, but since he created it it was more flooded than it had been before with the first storm, the area flooded worse than before. We contacted him and asked to come back and resolve the issue. He said he would be back in two days and even give us a specific time frame. We have not heard from him since despite repeated (business and personal) text messages and phone calls. He is a scam artist and we'll take your money. Do not use. Go to this website on the better Business bureau and see other complaints similar to mine. Very professional experience. Excellent communication throughout the project. Completed on time. Quality of workmanship and design details are far better than you would expect for such a reasonable price. Very Pleased!
