Nigel was extremely co-operative. I had to postpone for a couple weeks. Nigel was understanding. He saved me hundreds by cutting out sections of fascia and replacing it with new treated wood. He prevented further sagging by adding more hangers. He works with a knowledgeable assistant. they are both upbeat and positive.
