I was given this business to use by Samsung. They have been out 5 times replacing the ice maker, ice bin, auger behind ice maker and the water filter system on back of unit. The owner was supposed to come out last Friday and didn't show or call. They will not answer my calls and the refrigerator is no better than when I first called. I am very disappointed to say the least.
