Breivik Construction

Breivik Construction just completed an install for a five bedroom Glendon septic system in Skagit County for our new construction project, and we are totally satisfied with their work. They were responsive, quick with a bid, showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule and were professional and friendly to work with throughout the whole process. Once installed, they were great about explaining the system and patiently describing the way it works. They were very proactive about working with septic designer and county during the whole process and inspection passed with no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Breivik Construction. I need to retract my negative comment of this company for now. They may have given the panels to my mom. I have a very vague memory of two boxes not knowing what they were. So to error on the side of doing the right thing, Breivik Construction may have been telling the truth. Howard Huang

I contracted Breivik Construction to install three Glendon Biofilter septic field in 2015. Two were done. I cancelled the third, the most difficult one, for personal reasons. One year later, I called Breivik Construction numerous times to install the third field. They did not even return my call. I guess the third one did not make much money for them. No returned call to tell me they would not do the work and for what reason. Then, two years later, we are selling these lots. The buyer asked for the panel, proof of Glendon Biofilter septic field royalty is paid, and the service agreement. Breivik construction never followed up and gave those items to me two years ago. Michael Breivik called today, 4/14/2017, and claimed that he gave the panels to my mom after learning about my mom’s alzheimer in a previous conversation. This happened two years he claimed. I then asked him if he got a signed receipt from my mom. He said that he usually does not get signatures upon delivery of the panels to the customers. He has no proof he delivered those panels and wants me to pay for them again. He would not provide those panels and cannot provide proof of royalty to Glendon has been paid. He also said that he called me two years ago to talked to me about the panels’ delivery. That never happened. I would have remembered and the panels were never found in mom’s house. We did an estate sale recently. We would have found them. So be careful with these guys. We are suing them tomorrow.
