Do not hire the contractor, in my opinion is a total incompetent. He did a stone tile shower pan for me and messed it up so badly. Water leaked into the condo below me. My the ceiling caved in after 5 day of use. He never answered my calls when I complained. I paid him $1400.00 for nothing. I am unable to use my shower. You will regret hiring him.

Please do not use this contractor. He is a total incompetent. He does rush very sloppy not up to code work. Over charges and will not return your calls. He did a shower pan and tiled and grouted in 4.5 hours which included 3 trips to Home Depot to buy cement. My shower leaked after 5 days. I made 200 calls to him.. Never called back. In Michigan, a plumber must give you a one year warranty. He gave me a 30 verbal warranty. You will regret hiring him. Also, he4 changed phone number and business name to evade unhappy customers.

Ken and his partner (sorry I did not catch your name) arrived on time to look at the situation and to provide me with an estimate. They returned the next day before 8 a.m. and started working immediately. They installed a new gutter, tied it into our old system, and made some repairs from where an aluminum awning had been removed. It looks amazing! The difference is incredible! They left absolutely no mess, and were done before we were even ready for work! I will be calling him again soon. Their flyer says he does everything from bathroom and kitchen remodels, roofing, siding, hardwood flooring, windows, tile work, sheetrock repair and painting, basement remodels, painting interior and exterior, etc...I feel relived to finally find a local trustworthy contractor who is skilled!
