Modern Property Groups

Do not pay your application fee. It took them several WEEKS to show me one property then when it was time to see it several people showed up the same time. Then I told him I wanted to start the process paid my application fee told me it would be 3 to 5 days waited over a week for a response and then with in that 3 to 5 days they rented it out to someone else. Then after the five days it was more like eight days sent me a letter saying that I wasn’t approved because I didn’t have to credit but my credit score is well over 620….. Shit experience all around.
