The Flooring Connection

This company is awful. My company ordered 2 machines from them on 7/7/2014 and was told 1-3 weeks until delivery. It is 8/22/2014 and they just cancelled our order because we made "too many requests" for them to provide us with tracking information. I emailed them 2 times this week saying "Please provide the tracking number" and "Any update on tracking info?". Supposedly our machines shipped on 8/18/2014 but by the attitude of all of their staff it looks like its lost or forgot to ship. Do NOT trust this company...
