After talking to the sales rep (Ashley) in person, looking at various projects & options in the provided brochure and on website, plus seeing first-hand completed projects done by Curbscapes in the Myrtle Beach area, we decided to have the decorative landscape borders done at our home. Everything was great leading up to the day the project started…until I questioned a flaw in the work getting done and again when the project was apparently completed. The job performed did not look like what I saw of previous projects or what was pictured on their website. The flaws were in the painting of the “accent” brick and the application of the concrete sealant. I was not offered a valid explanation on the paint job other than the photo in brochure must have been a “one time thing” and was also told to wait 30 days because the “flaw” in the sealant would go away. I emailed Ashley numerous times since the work was done (2 Oct) and essentially got nowhere other than “you have to wait 30 days for the concrete to cure/dry”, however, as I mentioned to her numerous times the 30-day period was not going to fix the 2 flaws. I also went back and forth with the owner (Bill) and he pretty much said the same things as Ashley. I had neighbors comment on the work, but they also noticed the flaws. This project could have looked awesome if done as advertised! Unfortunately, if you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work, you might want to think twice about going with this company.
