Alpine Fence Company

After a quick, professional, and competitive quote, I contracted Alpine Fence to replace my fence at the end of April. I was told they would call me back with a date to schedule installation, but it would be within two and a half weeks. Three and a half weeks later, after not having heard anything, I called and left a voicemail, which was unreturned. The next day, I called and left another voicemail, which was unreturned. A few days later, I called again, got through to my salesperson, and was told my fence would be installed by the following Thursday. The following Friday, after not having seen anyone, I called again and left another voicemail which was-- you guessed it-- unreturned. The next week, I left two more voicemails, both of which were unreturned. The end result? Two promised install dates that both came and went, five voicemails that all went unacknowledged and unreturned, and a month and a half of my time that was completely wasted. Apparently they just have enough business without having to bother with mine. I only wish they'd told me that up front so I could actually have a functioning fence right now. My 3-year-old son would sure love to be able to play in his own backyard sometime this summer.
