My 60-year-old neighbor hired him to remodel his house. This guy J Ortega robbed him and never did the work. It started slow. He would show up to work once per week and ask for $5k all the time. After a few days J Ortega's construction disappeared from the map. I hope this review is read by consumers so that this guy is never hired again.
