Why we are different No sales gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics, just good old fashioned honest straight forward education. Hello and thank you for visiting Primary Solutions Consulting your licensed water treatment specialist. I would guess it's safe to assume that you're here looking for a water softener, a water filter, a salt-free water system, a purification system, or service of one of these devices. And you would like to make the right choice the first time, or perhaps you have had something installed in your home for a few years that is giving you nothing but trouble. Either way I would like to offer you something a bit different than your probably use too. My goal is to educate as many people as I can in regard to the pros and cons of any system that you may be interested in. when that is accomplished it will be much easier for people to make Decisions based on facts and logic rather than sales and emotion When you call me and make an appointment this is what I will do: I will come to your home, I will show you where and how your system can be installed, and then I will sit down with you and show you different systems and the way they operate. Very important: I am not loyal to any distributor. In other words I am not locked in to selling any one particular system. I am loyal to my customer and myself. What this means is: If I recommend what is truly the best for you than I have friendly, grateful and happy customers. I call this a win win situation. So remember I can get you almost any system you want but you will know the pros and cons of any of your choices If you're interested in a water softener I will show you the pros and cons of the different styles of water softeners. So you can have the information that you need to make the most informed decision. If you're interested in a salt-free system. I will show you the pros and cons of the salt free system. If you're interested in a filter only or a revers osmosis purification system I will show you the pros and cons. After speaking with me for 40 to 20 minutes you will be more knowledgeable than most of the salespeople sitting across from you. I will not try to sell you, I will give you the information, I will make my recommendation and then I will leave.

  | System removal and installation | Jun 2019 | This customer had no idea how bad there installation was until after we removed it and Installed ours correctly. The system that was here at our arrival was a real Junker is how I call it. this basic 24000 grain system has no weather protection and was installed with no regard to future issues which, many are caused by the installation. also the valve is the fleck valve. one of the most popular valves, I work on them all the time. I would never recommend a fleck valve. I will show you the pros and cons of the different systems available too you and recommend the best for you. | $2k | Katy, TX |
  | Remove the Kinetico water softener and install a water conditioning system | Feb 2018 | I don't know what these guys tell people to get them to buy a kinetico, but here are some facts. It does not need electricity! Trust me that is no big deal this system is totally proprietary and try getting service.. The system is two tanks of resin, so great now you have two tanks of resin to change when your resin goes bad. Remember (#1 softener destroyer: is the degradation of your resin from the chemicals in your water) So we will now remove this Kinetico that they were fed up with. Then we put in the amazing Chem free Platinum series dual media water conditioner. Call and learn the details get the best water solutions available not because I say so, but because you shuffle through all the facts and see the truth. | $2k | Spring, TX |
  | Remove a bad culligan install and install the best water treatment system | Sep 2016 | Wow look at this culligan system, it has not worked in years. It is buried about 3 feet in the ground which makes servicing it a nightmare. We will now get this up and out of the ground and send it to the dump. It was harder to remove this system than it was to install ours. we found many surprises while digging, on this project much more work than anticipated, and as always I honored the quoted price. It was easy because the customer is one of those really pleasant customers, the kind you want to do all the extra special stuff for, at no charge. So there was actually a cement fence post under the ground at the corner of the house. And that is where the water lines needed to go around the corner to set the system so nicely up against the wall. notice in the after picture how simple it lookes sitting nice and straight and shinny on the 16" blocks. this system is removing all the chemicals and dirt and sediment and then it softens the water all with no degradation of the resin (#1 Problem with water softeners Degradation of the resin ) not with ours.   | Remove and Replace this monster softener | Aug 2016 | This was a simple project until i got to the home and saw this giant 3 cubic foot softener that was buried in the ground about 3 ft so now the job is not cut some pipe and re connect . We have to remove all the water and resin so we can get the old one out of the ground .All the resin was Mush all bad which made it even harder to get it out . After we got it all out and the softener out of the ground we needed to refill the hole with dirt and pack it real tight. Then we set the system on 16 inch blocks. It took about three hours just to get the system out. The resin, every bit of it was mush, that makes it harder to remove . What you are seeing in these photos is what we actually do when we come to do a resin change. We remove the bad resin and add the new resin to the tank. However most people who are staying in there home, in other words their not planing on moving soon so they do not do a resin change most, will replace there system with my Chem free platinum series water conditioning system, Simply because they get good info and make there decision to change from a system that constantly is degrading because of the design | $2k | Montgomery, TX |
  | Replace a five year old rain soft water softener | Dec 2014 | When I saw this system,I was a bit surprised the pipes had not broken. It looks more traumatic in real time, but you might still see in the photo, how much stress is on the pipes. Also I will put a picture in here with the drain line, the way they did it. It is not to code and dangerous to the customer, to put a drain line in without an air gap.
