DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMMUNITY IF YOU OWN AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE!! They are absolutely not EV friendly!! They have zero interest or intention of fixing their electric infrastructure, or ever installing chargers. This is idiocy at its finest!! Whether they like it or not the EV revolution is coming and they’re gonna have to get ready or they won’t have any residents. They also have the most outrageous condo association fees in the city. And for what? Some green grass that has holes and dead patches… Sloppily done asphalt repair, roofs that just got redone with little care to no care of the surrounding areas, but WITHOUT SOLAR?!? Please… this place is an insult. The world is going to keep moving forward, and this place is going to die out if they don’t change.
