Based in Gastonia, Pioneer Land Development is a home building specialist that offers residential construction, green construction, custom home design and more. In December 2008, a property owner hired them for a remodeling project using a permit acquired from the city of Gastonia, and in June of 2007, they completed a demolition project using a permit acquired from the same office.
