The home had a good layout, but the colors were all over the place, and you could see the previous paint jobs along the edges and baseboards. After several weeks with a LOT of showings, but not attracting offers, the owner agreed to do the recommended make ready and put their best foot forward. The After Photos were accomplished using our preferred contractors.
