The plumber came on time and took the time to listen and evaluate the difficulties I had with my toilet which included the prolonged water running at times when I flushed the toilet which did not stop until I re-flushed it. I also noted that the toilet would run sometimes even when I was not even in the room. All of which I was told was causing a lot of water being wasted. He tried a few things and decided he had to replace the whole pump to correct the problem. He did so in a neatly and correctly so I didn't have a flood of water all over the floor. At my request he also inspected the toilet in the other bathroom which seemed to have a water level problem (way too high after the first flush and not clearing the bowl out) until it was re-flushed. He made a few minor adjustments and now it works properly. I was pleased with the results in both bathrooms as I was concerned since I had problems with both toilets.
