On 8/5/2015 I had a new roof installed by Corey Roofing and Construction and my salesperson was Mr. Andy Kelly. On 8/6/2015, I met with Mr. Kelly and reported my extreme dissatisfaction with the sub-standard roof job. I was advised by another local roofing company, a journey man and an adjuster to have the entire roof redone. I had to wait almost two months after the proposal and estimate to have my roof installed. I was promised that Corey Roofing’s best crews would be used for my project and that I was guaranteed a quality install. This cannot be further from the truth. I regret and rue the day I called Corey Roofing to do my home. I was misled because the BBB gives them an A+ and I found few complaints on-line prior to my roof installation. I feel that it is my duty to share my nightmarish experience.
