PSG, LTD.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and to say it was challenging would be an understatement. The “2 week” project finished during week 16. We used PSG for our electrical work. Michael Bonelli and the two electricians (Allen and Chris) working on our kitchen bent over backwards for us. We needed our electric panel moved. That in itself was a challenge because we live in a 1960s house that had 100 amp service. The local electric company gave PSG wrong information, saying that our electrical could be upgraded. Wrong! We started losing power and having power surges on a Thursday and by Saturday we lost power. Michael drove in from NC to manage the situation. Even putting us up in a hotel while issues were fixed. Our GC covered up work before PSG had time to finish their electrical work and PSG resolved that issue with our GC. Allen and Chris came back several times to complete our project and did a great job! Kudos to them! I only had one issue with PSG – communication. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks in the middle of the project, it was determined that, for some reason, we were not able to receive their calls. Also, communication between the GC and PSG was not good. I lean more towards thinking the GC was at fault because of other issues we had. I’m sure Michael hopes to never hear from us again because of all of the issues but PSG overcame one obstacle after another and we appreciate that.

Perfect service. Technicians were professional and punctual. Work was completed with a high degree of professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

We called PSG in the middle of the night to come out and fix an electrical problem. They came out at 2:35 AM and were here until 5. The technician did not leave until the issue was resolved which involved calling the power company. They were professional and they showed up. Will be hiring them to do more work. Recommended!
