Penny's Hardware & Plumbing, founded in 1963, is an HVAC contractor that provides HVAC installation, gas line repair, attic ventilation and more to Kenmore and the surrounding areas. They completed a water heater changeout in March of 2011 in the Forest neighborhood using a permit received from the city of Buffalo, and in November 2007, a property owner contracted them to do a water heater install in the North Park neighborhood using a permit obtained from the same office.
