DON'T PAY THEM IN ADVANCE!!!!!! We paid over $25,000 for work that was to be done on our house - then for the next 5 months, all we could get from Rusty was "it'll be done by this weekend", but he never did any work. Finally, in May, he stopped responding and when summer hit, we had to pay another company over $15,000 to complete the work.

Well they came out right away which was very nice. However they worked on the unit said they found the problem and fixed it, told me it needed 4 lb of freon so it cost me over $200 and it still wasn't blowing cold air. The gentleman assured me that if I let it work for a while it would start working and that they would come back the next day if it wasn't cold. That was 3 days ago and they won't return my phone calls. it never did get cold

The technicians that came out were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went beyond just fixing my unit. They came out very quickly when I really needed help. I highly recommend this company.

The only reason I gave this company 1 star is because no stars is not an option. We hired Rudy and Rusty of R & R Heating and Air Conditioning on October 21, 2016 to install a new HVAC unit for us. They came on a recommendation from a contractor friend. When they arrived, they did not have the new larger resin pad that was to go under the compressor and the cover panel for the electrical connections was bent up so that it could not be fastened closed. We were told those 2 problems would be taken care of the next day. Now that it is 10 weeks later, not only are our calls not returned, we have yet to have these problems resolved. Unfortunately, we made the mistake to pay them in full since they had come with such a good recommendation. On my first and only call to Rudy, he told me I was NOT to call him again as they would call when the parts came in and they were ready to install. That is not good customer service. If you need a new HVAC unit, this is NOT the company to call. They are disreputable men.
