The work was done in a timely manner (early December) and looks fine. George is the owner, who was very helpful and knowledgeable when we first spoke and signed the contract (mid-October). We had a hurricane and many homes were damaged, so the time delay was understandable. Florida Law states that a home owner is responsible for any money not paid by the contractor and the supplier can put a lien on the home. It also states that the contractor must provide the home owner with a written release of lien from any person or company. Basically, that they paid for the materials so the homeowner is not responsible for it. I never got this release. George also told me there was a 10 year warranty from the supplier on the shingles. I have received nothing to even indicate who the supplier is. In addition, I was promised some extra shingles and have not received them. I have left five messages on the office phones and his cell phone, and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL. I made the mistake of trusting that I would get these things, so I paid but never got them. Make sure you get them.
