Michael's Pool Service

I have used Michael's Pool Service in Lakeland Florida for over 8 years. Today I noticed my pool was turning green. I called and the person advised me that I had cancelled my service. After a discussion this is what she said made her cancel my service and she will not reinstate it. In January of 2022 I received and email stating that I had not paid my June of 2021 bill. I always pay my bill as soon as it comes, I have never missed a payment or been late. I called and she said it wasn't paid and she was very rude. So I said, send me proof and I will pay it. They sent a statement and it appeared that it was not paid. I still say the bill did not come. But never the les, I sent this email. Please have Michael call me, Brenda SO THEY NEVER HAD TO OWNE TO CALL AND THEY JUST CANCELLED MY SERVICE. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THIS SITUATION?
