Initially Austin was very good with communicating about the job, he actually reached out to us and actually showed up when he said he would be there. I was very pleased with this overall and felt very good about hiring him for the job. Turns out he didn't have the equipment on hand to get the job done the initial was that was described, but again, he came up with a solution and in the end seemed like this would be a good alternative. We had a shed moved from our neighbors to our house, come to find out they dissembled the shed to move it, which was fine and seemed like a good idea. However, they put the shed back together using the same old nails from when it was built, likely in the early 90's, so needless to say, my husband and I ended up going around and replacing several areas that were not secure with new galvanized nails. He promised that he would clean up concrete that was dumped on our property as well as our neighbors property, but that was completed. He promised he would come back to hang the lights and the flower boxes and to finish up some securing metal pieces in the interior of the shed, he never came back and didn't respond to any follow up texts. He broke my neighbors ladder that he borrowed and said he would replace it, he never did. He also had arranged with my neighbor to pick up some materials and dispose of them, and again, didn't respond to any follow up texts, and didn't complete that job that he had arranged with them. Its unfortunate that this is the way the job ended, I was impressed initially with his responses and communications, but like most, he couldn't follow up at the end.
