Poist Gas started more than 75 years ago as the HJ Poist Furniture & Appliance Company when our founder opened his doors to sell furniture and fix appliances. After a few years, we began selling and servicing propane appliances – and stayed on that path for almost a century! Today, Poist Gas is still based in Laurel and services residential and commercial owners in the surrounding area.
