They came out to service our a/c because it kept freezing and not cooling. They said it was due to a bad thermostat, so they removed and left the wires exposed but connected to allow it to run. We have reached out to them repeatedly and they will not call us back. Two days ago we finally got a hold of them and they said they would be here at some point in the afternoon. They no called and no showed us.
