Over All Painting & Services LLC (OAPS) is a small business, that takes pride in giving each project, the time and attention it deserves. We understand, that time is valuable. Most of us have other priorities and obligations. With that in mind, we try to keep our free estimate meeting, to no more than and hour, from arrival to departure. OAPS will spend the majority of that time LISTENING to the client's vision for the project. Addressing any concerns a client may have, and ultimately, reaching the goal we are striving to achieve. Keeping the lines of communication open from start to finish! OAPS Will discuss which options are available to your specific project and clients budget. Providing complete transparency when it comes to all aspects of the project including cost (materials, products, labor, etc) and time frame for completion.
