We spent a lot of money for them to stain our deck, the work was shoddy and the stain peeled after one year. Totally unprofessional work.

Very poor service and customer service my fence still has areas that aren't stained. They took my money but only completed my deck and didn't touch my fence, then essentially called me a liar when I contacted him, told him that I paid for my fence and deck but only the deck was completed, and then told me that he would never work with deployed service members again because I asked him a question about the work that had been done. When I initially contacted the owner he hung up on me. I someone's had poor phone service so I called back thinking that the line had disconnected. He affirmed that he had hung up saying that he didn't think that I could afford his service because I commented that the work would be expensive. I moved forward only because he had such good reviews. After I described what I need done, he have be a quote. He told me that he would go out to the property to get an actual theory about what needed to be done. (I was on deployment so I couldn't confirm that he actually went.) He never went. He told me that he would have to wait until it got weather before he could do the work. I used his estimate to make my budget for remodeling. When he finally did go look at my property, he increased the price by over $1000. I paid to have my fence and deck stained, power washed, etc. They did my deck and left my fence untouched. I called and left a voicemail explaining that our contact said that the fence and deck would be done. When he called back he said "If your contact does say that you were supposed to have your fence done, we won't be able to come out until next week." I assured him that I was looking at the contact while I spoke with him. He again questioned my honesty. His son came out inproperly equipped to power wash and stain my fence. He didn't power wash it, just sprayed it and didn't spray the entire fence because he didn't have a ladder and didn't think to sorry the tops.
