Horrendous management and accountability Two interviews, first one began with the "hiring manager" blasting R&B and rap music as he 'taught' sellers/closers right next to me as I filled out a form that asked for all of my information that was on my resume. Sellers he was 'teaching' consistently forgot or leftout information that he had to correct after they gave him his pitch. In the back were people making outgoing calls who definitely had their party going on in the background. Waited for that to finish to speak with the "hiring manager" as he asked for a resume because he didn't have one and then left mid interview to take a personal call about weight lifting that I could hear from inside of their communal and messy head office. He also could not give me any information on any of the jobs I applied for. Then he asked for me to come back tomorrow because the OTHER hiring manager was not there. Seemed confused on his role. Came back the next day on time and waited 20 minutes for the hiring manager to finally greet me. Hiring manager, who ended up being the co owner James, asked all the same questions and could not answer my questions on the day-to-day/90 day goals and operations for the jobs they needed or related questions, mostly spoke about their projected earnings and how they're sizing up, and could not think of a single answer for "What do you like about this company?". Then told by the co owner James and other "hiring manager" I would hear on Friday about the job no matter what direction they went. I called Saturday three times, and then all day Sunday-Tuesday for them to keep saying the "hiring manager" isn't in and that they'll call me asap. I must have called and spoke to them directly atleast 9 times on Tuesday from when they opened to 730 at night before the original "hiring manager" finally said "sorry, hiring manager left so let's just assume we're not going forward with this" Seems like a business that had a great idea and passion to begin that lost sight of what they wanted to do while hurting their own people by having this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence
