I worked for this company for a very short period in that short time I realized that this was NOT the job for me!Theres a person who runs the crew (I will call him tiny man Syndrome).First day this guy tells me that if he decided that “he wanted me to put my hand inside another workers pocket and hold it for any length of time that I will cause he’s the boss”!Also he allows no talking in the jobsite(Construction!)After 3 days I walked due to “tiny mans attitude” or tiny man was going to learn a lesson at my expense!The amount of disrespect from “tiny man” to his employees is sad.DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
