Air One Services

I called on 4/29 to make appointment with air one for a/c repairs. The person on the phone said repair man would be here on Friday but woman on phone would not say if it would be AM or .PM. About 4 PM I called and asked her when repair man would be there. She got really RUDE and out of line. Refused to give owners phone # or name. Said she was the boss and I would have to talk to her. She refused to even have boss call me, saying she was boss. My name and number is Ray Priddy at 901-377-7494. I see where AirOne has only 2 1/2 star approval rating and I can see why. I have been a customer of yours for over 10 years. I am leaving your company and taking my daughter with me who is also a longtime customer. Your receptionest,s professionalism ,or lack of, is terriable and she should be replace before she drives ALL your customers away!!!!!!OWNER PLEAE CALL ME

My Home Service, known as Cross Country Home Services placed a call to Air One Services for an electrical problem at my home on Saturday evening, October 14, 2017. The rep. advised me that the electricians will come to my home between the hours of 9 A.M. and 12 P.M. on Monday morning. On Monday, I never heard from Air One Services, so I called them at 901-762-0303 at app 12: 30 P.M. The clerk answered and when I advised who I was and that the home service stated the time that I would see the electrician, the clerk snapped; "I don't know who they talked to, because we don't give out times". She then said she had a stack of service calls from Cross Country Home Services and she would look through them and call me back. I waited until the app. one hour and did not receive a call from the clerk. I called her and asked if she had gone through the stack that she referenced and she snapped: "I will do it when I get to it". I had to come to a resolution that if the rest of the employees of Air One Services had the same temperament as the clerk, I did not want any of them to come to my house, so I told her to cancel the service call. I desperately needed my electrical problem fixed, so I mad a direct call to an electrical company that I have done business with, in the past, to get my problem resolved.
