They never finished the job, leaving about a 15' section of trunk in the middle of our yard. We got about 6 different "We'll be there tomorrow" responses that never happened. No call, no show each time. We had to reach out again to ask when they would finish. Now they won't answer our calls or respond to text messages. Leaving reviews the only course of action I have left. I had to finish the job myself with a hedge trimming saw.
