From start to finish service was great. Guy answered gave quick description of free service call and set a appointment. 20min later tech arrive assessed the issue. Old spring tension system was uneven. Although They didnt work on those type he offered solutions. I choose to replace mine. More than I expected to pay today but worth it. Door operates smoothly quietly and service took about 45-1hr. That's priceless. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasant transaction.

He was quick, professional and friendly. He even was nice enough to fix my garage light that wasn't working by removing some corrosion that had built up. He was polite and even negotiated the price to get closer to my budget. I got other quotes and they were the cheapest quote for a 2 spring replacement with a lifetime warranty.
