Located in Newport News, Bay Home Improvement is a handyman company. Providing aluminum siding, plumbing fixtures repair and more, they were established in 1978. In September 2013, a property owner contracted Bay Home Improvement to do a kitchen remodeling project in the Swansea Manor neighborhood using a permit obtained from The City of Newport News, and in October of 2011, a property owner hired them to do a deck project using a permit received from York County.
