WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Called 6 weeks ago upon seeing some signs of yellowing and stress on a few evergreens that had been planted 2+ years ago. No obvious reasons so wanted an "Arborist's" opinion. Site visit occurs and I receive an email telling me that all 8 trees look fine except for one that is the most yellow. Claims that it might be overwatered so to cut back on water schedule and it should be fine. Ask about the other two that are also showing signs of discoloration. Am told they are all fine and not to worry. I ask about soil amendments, fertilizer, fungicides. Told I don't need to worry, just dial back the watering. I explain they have been mostly watered by rain due to water ban so not really in my control but wont water them when I can. A week later that tree is completely brown and dead and had to be dug out. Two more trees are almost completely brown and two others are starting to show signs of yellowing near the trunk. Landscaper who dug out the one said the other 4 will be dead soon and asked why I didn't call an Arborist like he suggested. I did......just not a good one. 5 dead trees is about $7500 to replace so now I have completely wasted my investment and lost all my privacy
