I had hired another company before HomeSafe but cancelled because they tried charging me more money on move day. I’ve used this company twice now, for my move and also my sister’s move. It went well the first time for my sister, but when they moved me, I experienced their exceptional service first hand. I’m not one to write reviews often, but I was more than willing to when they asked me. The move was still stressful but they made it easy by giving me updates and keeping me informed. I had never moved to another state before but they explained the whole process and gave me a great rate. They weren’t the cheapest quote I had been given but I did my research on all the companies and they had one of the best ratings online. I have a lot of antiques but the movers packed everything with care and nothing was damaged. The delivery was on time and my total move cost actually went down because there were a few items I didn’t bring. They made the move much easier and an overall great experience.
