Stacy Flooring

We bought LVP flooring from this company and had them install it on March 19, 2021. When I arrived home the evening of the install, I noted several areas of discolored flooring and scratches. I contacted the salesperson who stated he would send the installers out to repair the areas. Fast forward to today, July 8, 2021, and the flooring is not repaired. I was told in a text the scratches were created by moving furniture on the scratch resistant floors. Let me remind you that the scratches and areas of discoloration were present from day one prior to any furniture being placed back on the floors. This company has not stood behind their work or their word. I have remained in contact with them to let them know that the work and flooring is not quality. The salesperson has just continued to state the scratches.were our fault instead of standing behind the work and product and resolve the issue. Save yourself the headache and use another company.
