JMC Landscaping

Hired Jose Munguia (AKA JMC Landscaping) to clean up our yard and re-do two zones of our drip irrigations system. Paid him nearly $1000. He is always promising to come but doesn't show. Offered a 7 year warranty on the irrigation system but I find he didn't replace some of the 20 year old pipes (where it didn't suit him) and these are bursting reguarly. Despite numerous desperate calls, all I get are text messages promising that he is "on his way." but he never shows. The job was shoddy, done at a snails pace and ultimately done wrong (forgot to hook up several drip lines.) I would strongly recommend NEVER using this man, or any company he is associated with, for any yard work. The clean up, by the way, was poorly done despite specifically requesting him to rake the pea gravel paths, he never did so.
