When we needed to replace our roof, it was very stressful and challenging since I didn't know the first thing about shopping for roofing companies. I had a friend refer Brothers Roofing after talking with a couple other contractors and I'm so glad I chose them. They were always quick to respond to my calls and emails with any of my questions and were very straightforward and provided every detail in regards to damage, work needed (or not needed) and pricing terms - I was never pressured into signing a contract and they were very patient with me. They helped me understand my insurance coverage and even met with the adjuster when he came to our house. The pricing is competitive but you get what you pay for. They were also helpful in explaining local codes and regulations and helped me choose the right materials for the job. I felt like they genuinely cared about my best interests and wasn't just trying to make an extra dollar - very trustworthy, honest and professional. They were very clear about the size of their crew, the completion day and what to expect. The team showed up on time, started right away and finished with a thorough cleanup and in a timely manner.
