Beach trail, drainage and staircase demolition.

May 2021

We specialize in steep slope drainage and construction. This project moved and replaced an existing, leaking steep slope stormwater drain and built a switchback trail in it's old location. The switchback allowed the owners to access to beach while not having to walk up and down staircases. Stormwater drainage applied to this property is up to current building codes and can last upwards of 20 years, even when trees fall on the pipe and landslides occur below it.

Forested trail

Apr 2021

We installed a wood lined, meandering trail through a forested area of a clients property. This trail is being used by the clients to access their property and walk easily through their forest.

Rainwater catchment, belowground

Jun 2020

We installed a 10,000 gallon rainwater catchment system on an off grid property in Chimacum. This infrastructure is belowground and powered off solar panels. We also installed a hot water solar heater for this client. This rainwater feature collected water from the main house and the garage. Properly installed belowground tanks can support upwards of 20,000 pounds so they can be installed in driveways and parking areas.
