FCTS and the person representing it name Tavoka Avila is a complete fraud! She never returned our $500. She agreed to do the job for the cost we agreed and the day of the start if work her husband said I had to pay more as the quote Tavoka aka. Faith is wrong. I told them if they can’t fulfill the agreed cost then just return my $500 deposit. She said she will mail it but after several weeks/months passed she blocked me and cant reach her anymore. The address she gave is wrong as well. This company is a fly by night! My heart is pounding as i write this review! Hard earned money gone! one star is not even appropriate.

Things started off well, with FCTS & Construction, LLC and quickly went down hill. The work I paid in full was never completed and the work they did do was of such poor quality I'm having to have it all removed and start over but without the $15,000 I paid FCTS to do the work. Do yourself a big favor and go with a different company.

I paid Faith a $500 deposit upon her giving us a bid to remove a large tree in our backyard that she said she would take down. She had EXCUSE after EXCUSE, and said something about the city wanted to come see it, and several weeks went by and she still did not have the tree removed nor give us any communication. Weeks later, I discussed that another company can now take it down for about the same price, so you can now back my deposit, and she said she would get it in the mail very soon. Here we are three weeks later and we received nothing (she has not answered or returned my calls). This company is very deceitful and will not complete the job they say they will complete, and I have concluded that they will ask for a deposit, delay your job, and you will never hear back from them, and THEN THEY RUN OFF WITH YOUR DEPOSIT. Don't use their services, AND SURELY DON'T PAY A UPFRONT DEPOSIT WITH THESE CROOKS.

I hired FCTS to cut down 3 trees and to build a fence, it took them 3 weeks to cut the trees, cancelation after cancelation and rescheduling. I always reached out to them, they never call me back. Finally they were able to cut all 3 trees but left the stumps. They wanted to charge me more money for the stumps, after the initial quote included the stump removal. I removed the stumps and called them back to build my fence. They never called me back, kept rescheduling and stole my $2500 fence deposit. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, THEY HAVE POOR WORK ETHICS, ZERO COMMITMENT AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
