K. Blatchford's San Diego Rug Cleaning & Repair

I sent several carpets to be cleaned after meeting with Kate. I not sure if this will be posted as I sent photos of the Carpet I returned because of the color change. I took pictures as I thought maybe we were seeing things and it was my eyesight or camera. BLATCHFORD'S COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER AND MORE COOPERATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. They wanted to assess the job performance and determine how my concerns could be addressed. Well that was 03-04-20. Now came " Covid 19 closures" and there went my carpet. We did maintain some contact. I was informed on what they suspected the problem to be. TODAY 08-28-20 My Carpet arrived. BEAUTIFUL, LOOKING ALMOST LIKE NEW. I can not say enough good things about Blatchford's. Their attitude was fantastic, no brushing it off,(pardon the pun) no refusal to help me and making the problem right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. Paula F
