DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE REAL. THEY ARE NOT UNDER NEW MGMT. THEY LIE LOOK UP ALL THEIR COMPANIES AND DBA'S THEY JUST BOUNCE SAME NAMES OF PEOPLE BACK AND FORTH AND WANT TO ACT LIKE "THAT IS THE CHANGE IN MGMT"

⚠️ Warning: Dishonest and Unethical Company This company hides behind multiple names and DBAs to confuse customers and dodge responsibility. They damaged our solar system beyond repair, instead of fixing it or refunding us, they ignored the issue and hoped it would go away. Maybe that worked with others, but not with us. They completely fried our system, then tried to shift blame with excuses and finger-pointing. Their behavior is deceitful, unethical, and misleading. We are pursuing claims through their insurers and the contractors board to hold them accountable. 🚫 Avoid this company—they cannot be trusted.

Deceitful – Do Not Work with This Company We chose Solar Roof because they offered combined roof/solar service and claimed “new management” had fixed past problems. James, Francisco, Chase, and Chasen assured us multiple times that our panels would be removed and reinstalled properly. The roof was rushed in just 2 days without inspections. When panels were finally reinstalled, they insisted the system worked, but we had to tell them repeatedly it was still not functioning. Then they blindsided us with a $5,500 bill under one license. After dispute, Chasen admitted they “bid wrong” and reduced it to $800—this time invoiced under a different license. Later we learned (confirmed by Chasen) they weren’t even qualified to work on our solar system, making their charges and false assurances even more unethical. Other solar companies confirmed they ruined our system and fried the inverter—manufacturer reports back this up. Claims are now filed against them. Staff like Madi and Lydia also misled us, pretending to help but doing nothing. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and deceptive.
