When things went well it was fine. As soon as it was a problem it because a HUGE PROBLEM. Rather than work with us to a reasonable solution he hides behind us being the “Bad Guys.” If you want to avoid drama and extras expenses when things go wrong....they inevitably do...avoid Ted.
