I was perfectly pleased back then with the great service and friendliness that I immediately thought of them this past Sunday when my doors stopped working at a different home of mine. I called them late Monday and they came by early Tuesday morning. They were right on time, friendly and did a great job. Couldn't ask for more. Very happy with them again.

They suggested to replace two in all to avoid the future troubles, and I agreed. The technician was very skillful, and patiently explained what had happened. After replacing the spring, he made sure the door was well balanced, and lubricated before he left. Strongly recommend.

I requested a quote and sent a snapshot of the broken spring. I got an answer immediately and their guy came as promised on the same day and worked efficiently to get my garage door back on track, so to speak. He even lubricated all the moving parts of the door itself and now it doesn't screech anymore.

They replaced a very old garage door and were able to give a full estimate and timeframe (door needed to be ordered) without any actual face-to-face contact until the installation which was quick and easy - they even cleaned up after themselves which is appreciated.
