His employees smoke incessantly, and throw the cigarette butts on the ground. He lies to customers faces and is rude. I believe he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and is an alcoholic. If a customer were to peer into his one operable vehicle they would be sure to see empty beer bottles. Which leads to the question, is this guy drinking and driving from job site to job site?? Scary thought.

Very responsive, great communication, terrific installation. Willing to do a smaller job like mine even though they do much larger ones. A+!
