Jacob provided a clear, competitive quote that came in well below others we received, with no pressure or upselling. John completed the work and did an excellent job. He replaced three light fixtures with proper fan-rated boxes and fans, repaired six outlets, and identified unsafe wiring that was not in a junction box. His attention to safety and detail really stood out. John was professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. He cleaned up thoroughly, including using a portable vacuum, and left everything spotless. He was also great around our dog and cat.
