Then followed up to make sure I understood. He showed up the next day with two workers. They took care of everything in less than 20 minutes.

He spent about 20 minutes replacing the springs, then had me come out to show me what he did. I'm absolutely happy with his work, and I'm grateful he was able to work with my schedule.
